Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | So, I have had an extremely busy time at work lately. I had a one-act competition - I had to host it. Pretty big deal in my little town. My team placed second which means we go on to region competition. I am pumped! We beat a team that has been to the state competition for the past 30 years! If only I could check these forums at work, it would be great. I have just spent like an hour catching up with everyone by reading the posts. I am so sorry I have been a bad friend lately. It truly is not like me!! How are you Vickie? Kenya? Boots? Everyone? Even though I have not been on here, I do pray for you all every day. I am so glad you all noticed I was not here! My weight loss has hit a big slow down and it scares the hell out of me. Someone said this is normal at 4-5 months out. I hate it, I actually hate it. I think that is another reason I have not been on the forum as much. Isn't that silly? I am so discouraged. And yes, I know I have lost a lot of weight, but I hate not seeing the scale move. It has not moved in weeks! So, I am trying to stay away from it. I tried strawberries! I upped my water. I am so discouraged. And my hair! OMG, it is falling out in clumps still. I don't know when it is going to end. And I have a cold! The first one since surgery and I feel like crap! On a good note, I just cleaned out my closet again and was able to go to my sisters and mom's closet and get some of their stuff to borrow. I am in 18/20 tops and 20/22 bottoms. Big change for someone that was a 30/32 and pushing it in those. I need updates on everyone. Please email me or respond to this post. I promise to be better. I have missed this so much. I have to work late tomorrow night, but I promise I will come up here and check on you all. I love you guys!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Hi so nice to read your posts, we all get busy, please don't feel like a bad friend. You know from being on here that everyone experiences stalls and slow downs its very normal from what I read on here. Please don't get too discouraged. You have done so well so far and you will continue to do so. Congratulations on your competition at school you seem like you worked very hard to succeed. Just like you have on your weight journey. As for the hair. What the heck are you going to do. It will take its course naturally. Thanks for keeping us all in your prayers as you are in mine. Keep up your chin the loss will start again. Take care.
