 I know everyone stalls,but when you're the one it just makes you want to SCREAM!!!! I just feel like i'm done for.it's been over 2 weeks and nothing,ziltch,nadda.this is such a tough time of year for me anyways,holidays are so depressing.turkeyday i got something stuck so i spent all day upping and didn't eat a thing,woke up next day,nothing!!! it's really hard to believe it's gonna start moving again. sorry just needed to vent!

I know it is hard to believe what they say, but it is true. I went over 4 weeks without losing not one lousy, stinking, little pound. Everyone said the same thing.............this will pass.......and I was like "Yeah Right. I am sure it is going to be different for me". Well, when it finally broke, I lost 10 pounds in one week. So listen to the ladies, they are truly experts and know what they are saying. If you step back and think about it , there is no way that you can not lose weight only eating the amount of food that we eat.
I am looking forward to when in a few weeks you are on here thrilled that you have lost a bunch at once. Hang in there!!~
