I weight my self yesterday morning and also this morning and I offically have off 99 pounds. I am just so excited with the weight loss. I just cannot believe how fast it is coming off again. I even ate a little bad yesterday. I had mashed potatoes about 2 tablespoons and a tablespoon peas. Then to top it off I was hungry for those left over creammed potatoes that where sitting in my frig. Well I ate them too for supper last night about 3 tablespoons. That is it for the rest of the week for anything carby like that. Now it is protien time the rest of the week. I know I will have some wheat thins but does not have so many carbs as potatoes do, well all I have to say is I enjoyed the potatoes yesterday and today is a brand new day. My friend where we had dinner at, oh my gosh did she have a feast on the table and just could not see me eat so little. She just thought that I coud eat more. She even wanted to put another meatball in my plate and I told her I just have no roon in my pouch anymore that I just cannot eat anything else. I think she was so use to see me eat large amounts. Well, I do have to say my husband sure enjoyed himself with that feast she had on the table. He said to her that was the best meal he has had in a long time. Well, I only have cooked a few big meals for him and the rest of the time when I did not feel like cooking, usually I had a problem with food, he ate what there was and sometimes TV dinners and pot pies and he never complained, because he knew how much I did not like food and just the smell and looking at food turned my stomach. He is so wonderful and so understanding of what I went threw. He is just so proud of me and so is my best freind. She just went wild yesterday when she saw me come in the door. She said oh my gosh you lost so much weight already and that I look so good already. She came to me and put my top close to my body so she could actually see how much I lost and so I just lift up my top and she just could not believe how thin I was and how much my tummy went down. She told me that I have come so far already compared to where I was. She is just so amazed at my progress. She helped me so much with my weight loss and she always called just about everyday and gave me so much encourgement to keep right jugging along and never give up hope. She never gave up on me. She is a very dear friend to me. She lost her husband a little over a year ago and lives in town now and she has her own little house which is so charming. My husband and I always have such a good time with her. 99 pounds ya ya ya I am on a high now. Excitement.

Great news buddy!! congratulations!! you know I had the same during my journey. my weight stalled like zillion times and after the night I totally skrew up with dinner my scale went wooohsshhhhhh the next day!
