Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | This is a survey I'd love to take among you girls, As you may have experienced this, I've been noticing a dryness and skin softness under the eye or in the chin area while losing weight. The survey is about Botox, not the plastic surgery!!!!! Are you with or against Botox to get rid of fine wrinkled lines under the eye area? Will you personally do it? Will you tell others that you've used it? I searced the Google website with these 2 keywords Botox and depression and look what I've found!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | yes Dear Shelley I'm in the same boat of anxiety! I think I will do an extrem make over and body repair definately for the thighs and the arms. I hate to see my thighs skin sagging in the middle like a curtain, and for the arms they already make a flapping sound when I take a shower or brush my teeth! I lift weights but I think this will not repair the skin, the plastic surgery will come eventually but I want to do it when I'm don with 2 more pregnancies or maybe one with twins heheheh and after that I'm on the theater operation table no matter what! Shelley if you do it, will you tel others that you have done it?

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Is your culture sensitive towards the plastic surgeries and the approaches that enhances the facial look like Botox for example! I have seen other new cosmatic approaches like dermo-sonic therapy or maybe the laser or even extreme exfoliations to give the skin a younger look The last plastic procedure that I saw was the string under the cheek bone and had it pulled towards the ears to face lift!! It was yikes!!! but less scary than the knife and blood one!!!

Height: | Hanadi... I see nothing wrong with a little plastic surgery here and there as long as someone doesn't go overboard in it and has a healthy emotional attitude about it. That having been said..... I sooooooo need work done after this surgery in order to feel completely comfortable in my skin. I can tell you that much already. The other day I was in a changing room and noticed that my thighs are starting to look saggy and the vericose veins are starting to pop out!!! Yikes!!! My biggest obstacle will be financing the surgeries. I am terrified that I will do all that I can in working out and losing the weight only to feel like an ugly freak naked in front of my husband. I know that this all seems incredibly shallow, but I can't help it. I just hope that I can afford to have the major things done eventually, like boobs, belly and butt...lol. It may take a few tax returns, but here is hoping. Janae |

| Newbie | Hanadi, I was just catching up on my computer time when I noticed your thread. Yes, I definitely would have cosmetic procedures, especially if they would help with my self-esteem! I've been overweight for many years and I feel that my gastric bypass is one of the best things I've EVER done for myself. So....if I lose the weight and then feel the need to work on other areas, I'll "go for it!" Also, I would definitely tell others--they may not agree with my decision to have cosmetic procedures, but I would not try to hide it from anyone. It's a personal choice! By the way, I wanted to tell you that you are beautiful and have a great smile! Everytime I log on and see your picture, I feel happy! Your baby is beautiful, too! Take care! Sandi ![]() |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Awww Sandi, Sorry I missed your post I must have been busy or maybe blind hehehe Thanks Well telling the others scares me, yes it's a personal choice but UGGHHHH my culture is very judging! I just hate it, you cannot please the people no matter what! I couldn't please them when I was over weight, and cannot please them now when I dropped lots of weight! SO imagine if I lift my chin or any other part of my body they'd ohhh look at her she thinks she's still young eekhh! Do you girls have the same concern?! I think I'm becoming paranoid! H.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Well for me, I am already considering some types of plastics. Not sure I will need it on face or chin, but definately need on tummy, thighs, and maybe arms. But doing the arms scares me to death, worried about scars, becasue i love to wear short sleeve shirts and tanks. The tummy doesn't scar me, cause I'd rather see a scar than all the wrinkles and lose skin! As for face work, i think i am holding up ok other than normal age wrinkles, i have been lucky there so far.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | HI all! I am praying I will lose enough to get plastic surgery at least on my tummy--anywhere else that insurance will cover I will do also. I was so heavy--almost 400 lbs--that if I get thin I want to look great! I had told my friend about my face and body wrinkles and she told me about Avon products to try. They worked so awesome that I decided to become an "Avon Lady"!! If anyone has questions I would love to answer them! I have before and after pictures, taken one month apart of my face and the awesome difference! I'll post them if I can figure out how to! My abdomen, tummy and butt also are a lot less wrinkly! (No pictures of those! LOL) I'm not sure what I would decide on Botox. Well, hope everyone is having a great day!
