Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   |  Oh my .... Im in complete shock Today I had my 9 month post op appointment. My surgeon shocked me. First he started off with the Wow, you look wonderful, then he told me I was an inspiration to newbies and he heard me in the waiting room and thinks I should speak at a meeting!!! So both I have heard before, but I wasnt expecting what he said next. He told me that today he was signing off on my plastic surgery, He wants me to get my things together because he said im ready for the next step. I cant believe it. 9 months out and Im already here! Just 1 catch, He doesnt want me to make any appointments before October 3rd, He said that he needs me to be 1 year out before any surgeon tells me to stablize my weight. He told me that If i want to lose more weight not to lose more then 10 more lbs, because on top of that they will be removeing about 12 lbs from my arms, legs, stomach. So that means I should be about 135 on his scale (132 on mine) when we are done..... OMG!!!!

It mustn't have been easy for you, but I can see it was woth getting to where you are now. The next step along with the plastics is to develop a healthy eating pattern to keep you at goal and maintain. And, oh, pics?????!!!! ((((((HUGS))))))) May your journey continue going on well.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | great news - its tougher here in the UK to get funding for the PS. I think you have to have masses of skin left - luckily that does'nt seem to have happened to me so far. But we'll see. Great accomplishment though.
