No ice packs for me. But I only had tummy done. They kept telling me to keep the binder on. I dont know if you have any kind of binder thing for the arms?

kara - so glad that you are feeling so well! that is wonderful. this evening i was out clothes shopping (needed a red top for church sunday) and there were some adorable sleeveless tops, but i won't wear them because of my arms ~ i SOOOO want to have the same procedures that you had done. i just told my DH that we need to win the lottery

Ok what the heck....I think my surgeon skipped tightening my tummy muscles. Pain pump is out and I am on no meds ands tummy does not hurt at all. I worry my breasts took so much time maybe he hurried through the tummy? I go 2mrw and will ask. I am trying not to be disappointed but the breast scarring is much worse then expected and will prob need revision and belly button is wrinkled. I shouldn't expect perfection....but I paid a lot for it! Good news is scale read 146 I was shocked! Joanne, check into financing if u can afford a payment but not a lump sum. That's what I did.
