I commented in another thread that $65k was way high for a total body lift, but the person who started the thread didn't say it included all the other things you are considering. Even still, I think that's way too high.
I didn't get a body lift. After getting 3 consults they all agreed that I didn't need a body lift, more that I needed a tummy tuck and a buttocks lift, not quite the same. My lower back looks fine, I'm hanging from the lower butt and upper thighs, so a lower lift would do more for me.
Here are some of the prices I was quoted. These are Virginia prices and California could indeed be much higher, but I still think your quote is way too high.
Circumfrential (all the way around) Body Lift $8,500
Breast augmentation (without the cost of implants) $3,500
silicone implants $2,200 (saline are $1,200)
Breast lift $4,200
Thighplasty (inner thigh lift) $5,500
I didn't get a quote for the arms, but I'll assume it's the same as thighs $5,500.
Add it all up and it would cost $29,400. These prices include OR and anesthesia, but not any hospital room if I would need to stay.
Here's some prices from a web site for another surgeon in VA.
Lower body lift $16,435
Breast lift & augmentation (includes $1000 for implants) $8,675
Extended Arm Lift $6,243
Thigh lift $7,675
Total: $39,000 Includes OR and anesthesia
Hope this helps.
One of the other things you need to ask is how many surgeries are you talking about. I don't think any decent plastic surgeon would try to do all of these at the same time. The LBL usually takes 7 hours just by itself, That's a LONG time to be under anesthesia.
Also, make sure your surgeon has done a lot of WLS patients. We are different, even getting plastics. We've not only stretched our skin out so that it's much thinner and scarred with stretch marks, but we've also stretched out blood vessels out. Our blood vessels had to enlarge to deal with all the extra skin and they don't shrink back up. That means we bleed a lot more than a normie and they need to be prepared to deal with that.
We've also just spent a year and a half in starvation mode and used up all our body's stores of vitamins and minerals and can be in a serious malnourished state. This will greatly affect healing and we can have much more complications, which is why they want us to be stable for 6 months before surgery.
Just some things to think about.
