I don't have pictures as I haven't gotten that far yet, but I did ask a plastic surgeon that I saw for a cyst removal what the appx cost was and they said about $3,000.

The PS surgeon should have some albums of his/her work so you can see what it looks before, after and then longer term when it's healed up. It's a long scar usually from the elbow to the armpit, I know someone who just had hers done, maybe she'll be willing to post on here (she's post WLS long term too)

I am 3 weeks out from the Brachi and just posted a link in the PS Forum. I paid $7k TOTAL for the Arm lift and the Breast Lift with Fat Transfer to make them fuller and rounder.
