 Plastics is a personal choice. I prob would not have had a tt if i didnt require the other surgery...however i am greatful that i was able to have it. The rest of the body isnt so bad and i can live with that...unless of course i can come up with some cash and lift the girls! LOL LittleLisaMarie

How Long Did You Wait Till You Had Surgery? If You Dont Mind Me Asking I Know That In Some Cases Insurance Will Cover This, Did You Have Enough Skin To Get This Covered Under Your Insurance. This Is Def One Thing I Do Want To Do Once Im At My Goal Weight And Maintaining For A While. My Surgeons Office Told My They Work With A Plastic Surgeon And He Will Tell The Ins Company Its Medically Required So It Wont Come Out Of My Pocket. I Was Sooo Excited To Hear This Cause My Insurance Did Say They Would Cover It If The Doc Says Is Necessary

I have excess skin on my legs,thighs,stomach and arms and can't figure out how I am going to get it removed. No insurance to cover it. Any suggestions?

One thing to do in the meantime is document all rashes, irritations or complications caused by the excess skin. Go to the doctor for every skin related problem. If the plastic surgeon can get at least some of it covered it would help alot. There needs to be a medical reason for them to even consider it. Its worth the extra trips to the doc! Good luck.
