Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I don't know if going back to the pouch rules thing would help, you have to ask the ladies here, but you are most probably stuck in the carb cycle and have to do something to get out of it, wether it's that 'pouch rules' thing or a week of no carbs like south beach - it takes 5 - 7 days to get the carb cravings out of your system, but you have to do it to get back on track.
Come on, you can do it! And the munchies will go away too!

It is such a struggle everyday!!!!Eat pickles apples carrots anything salty crunchy and healthy. The carbs go in so easy. I wish they would make us sick so we couldn't eat them. Hang in there you CAN do this. Pull out your old pics look hard you dont want to go back there. If ya need a push let me know!

I guess at the moment I'm blessed because carbs aren't great for me. I realized that tortilla wraps are now a no-no for a bit and crackers are only ok sometimes. I like the quaker minis, but still, it can make me feel yucky.
What are you eating for your plan? Is it protein and healthy carbs? Make sure it's stuff you like so you are satisfied. Maybe some of the other girls will have better ideas, but just keep working with your tool. Look how great you've done and how far you've come! You can do this and we'll help as much as we can!!!!!!!!

(((((HUGS)))))
If you can get the full feeling, then try eating protein first and try to get full with protein for a week or so. That should help you detox from carbs.

Yup...the carb. monster can be evil. I do what Doc says and it usually does the trick.
Exercise helps too. While I'm walking or doing workout, I mentally compare the number of calories I'm burning to how much an item "costs" me. What a motivator.

Find a health snack you can graze on in times of stress. I know I've said it before, but dried peas is an excellent choice. Crunchy texture, Ok flavor (as long as you don't hate the taste of peas), inexpensive, and a green veggie that has high antioxidant value for increased benefits. Beats candy or other questionable snacks.

Don't feel bad. Carbs have been a hard thing for me this week too. I am determined to start fresh TOMORROW. Come on, Rosie. Let's do this thing TOGETHER. We will help each other start fresh.
