| Okay, it feels real now....
....and so do my nerves!
I had my appointment today with the anethesia nurse and suddenly it feels frighteningly real that I am having surgery in ELEVEN DAYS!!! I am really starting to get nervous; not sleeping well, a bit short fused and I know it is all normal, but please tell me again that surgery is not so bad! I am suddenly feeling terrified!

The surgery is not that bad, you are making a big change in your life and it is scary, but it does get better in time. Hang in there.

11 days...exciting! I like the way Leelee says it...11 sleeps! Yes, it's a little unnerving - becoming more of a reality. You'll do whatever you have to do and everyone around you will just have to take it (cool huh?) and understand. And yes, you will be fine, a bumpy couple of days but so worth it! Come here often and we'll all talk you through it!

In all honesty the first couple of days may seem a bit rough, but it is worth it. Kinda of like having a baby....you'll forget the pain and realize that you wouldn't change a thing once you see the weight start falling off. You will do great. Yippee!!! 11 days!
