i started this new thread because the other one was getting soooo long.

so i didn't get weighed yesterday, i went to get weighed and the place is closed till next week due to a family death for the owner.

shakes, fruits and veggies, not sure about supper, we have some skinless boneless chicken breasts in the freezer that were meant for the barbque at the cottage (we are not allowed to have one here) but they are calling me i think

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Sorry that you couldnt get weighed in yesterday. Just think another week to even loose some more. Your healthy eating habits are sure to pay off in the long run because you wont have such a hard time switching once you have the wls. Thats what I have been doing too, and so far I have lost 7.5 lbs. I'm not weighing myself again till tomorrow so hopefully it will be down another pound or two for myself!. Keep up the good work!

aaawww... shucks! thanks. I wouldn't be able to be doing this without the support, encouragement and love from the people on this site. Yes, even the food police.
i caved yesterday and when i was out driving with Roo we stopped and bought a small fry from a chip truck to share. i had about 15 to 20 of them, so when i got home i logged 20 in to fitday and was suprised to find that they don't have enormous amounts of calories. Next time we decide to go for a drive for the sake of driving i will make sure to have lunch (or breakfast or supper whichever) before we go.

today i will not cheat
shakes
fruits and veggies
chicken for supper
and maybe popcorn for an evening snack.

hey all

simple day
shakes fruit and veggies and not sure about supper

a little bummed about the fitness center i wanted to go to and was going to to get weighed, hope i'm able to find somewhere else here in town. Actually, now that i think about it the hospital scales go to 400 and last time i weighed in i was at 400.3 so i probably could get weighed there now, as long as i don't gain maybe i'll go there tomorrow before i take the truck to the garage. I really liked the scale at the fitness center because it not only gave weight it gave water weight exact bmi ect. ect.

The scales at the fitness center sound neat. I've never seen that kind before. Of course, I've always avoided scales like the plague

You know what free as much as you said you caved that day I am still proud of you for sharing them and getting a small. Look at it as a good choice rather than a bad thing. My nutritionist has such a positive outlook on the things her paitients tell her and I realized that maybe if we trained ourselves to look at the good choices we make we would make them more naturally instead of always looking at the bad side of things! After surgery you won't beable to have it so remember that, that is what the surgery is for and just keep making the other healthy decisions you have been making along the way! You absolutely rock with the self control that you have exhibited these last few months!!! You are so ready!!! YOU GO GIRL!!

thanks all for the encouragement and kind words there are two other fitness centres here in town so i'm gonna check them out as to what they have for scales, but i lose the truck for another week this morning so i guess weighing in will have to wait till next week, or maybe my dad will drive me to the hospital.
You are right cabbie, although i feel like it was caving i could have been crashing with getting the extralarge that i usually get and eating them all to myself. YYYAAAYYYY FREEBIRD!!!! i need to try to look at those things but have a tendency to beat myself up over slips. that will probably be the last time i eat chip truck fries. we don't eat them to often even though i love them, and after the surgery no chip truck fries for me.

it was so nice talking to you last night cabbie. sorry i was so tired and couldn't talk more. But aren't you doing so great? i am glad that you are feeling better. i'll be there on Wed, night if i don't get to talk to you before then.
