Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

This is very normal. This is a big step! Just look at all of our posts about not regretting things, our wow moments, our before and after pictures and maybe it'll help to ease your mind. If you weren't nervous then you wouldn't be human! But trust me - I don't regret a single day since this began.

Pre op last minute cold feet and roller coaster emotions are quite normal.
This is major surgery after all, and will have a great impact on your life that will last through the rest of your life.
Tick off your reasons for wanting to go through it, I am sure just that count will calm you down a bit.

I think everyone goes threw those feelings you are having right now. Like Kelly said read some of the posts that people have written about their journey. I love looking at the before and after pictures and that keeps me on track with my eating. This site is a Godsend for me, I love coming here and reading about peoples journey and sure has given me lots of insite about just living with this surgery. AI am soooo happy that I have done this surgery so that I could get back my life. I would do it over in a heart beat again. My health has improved tremendously and I am just so happy now with the results and I feel and look much better now. I think I tried every diet there is out there, and I fel like there was no hope for me anymore. I even tried dieticians and I followed there plan to the tee and still not losing the way I should have and then gaining it almost all back. What made up my mind is when my daughter had it done and saw the results and how happy she was and that made my mind up to do it. My family and friends are so amazed by my weight loss and see how healthy I have gotton since surgery. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!!!!!

Yes honey you are very normal. I agree with Doc, honey remember the reason you started persuring this route to begin with. Mine and your weight was about the same. I did my surgery to save my life. No Dr told me hey...(.if you dont your gonna die) but I would had. I could feel it in my self if I continued on the same path as I was. Some where along the road somthing snapped in you that made you decide OK THIS IS IT........ i have to do it.

We WILL be here for you before during and after. If you would like to talk one on one with me let me know and I will be more than happy to.

It will pass and you will feel much better when you start to see all of the positive results from the surgery. Good luck on your surgery. You're almost there.

You will defiantely have those flip flop days...like Traci said, mine was right up until the feel good juice was given to me as they were telling me what was going to be happening in the OR.
