Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Good morning and Welcome! Congrats on the date that is sooooo close! It really is hard to say how much each person will lose from month to month as we all tend to do it differently.
Just follow the rules...walking and sipping and lots of resting! You will get into the groove of it.

I brought a small pillow with me and it was used alot for coughing and moving. A friend had suggested this to me and I am so glad that she did!

Hang in there! You will see a commercial for a restaurant tonight and you will wonder if you really want to do this thing....here is a hint...you do.

A morning surgery is great. Everyone is fresh and you don't have to wait for extended delays (mine was at noon. It was on time, but I felt like I waited forever)

See you on the loser's bench!

Good luck, just had mine 6/11 and hoping to get to go back home to West Texas after staying in the Houston area post-surgically til my appt this morning. As others have said just do all they say, get up and get walking as soon as you feel like it, do the breathing exercises and follow that post-op diet to a T. Physically I had no issues, the mental part was the straing, keeping TV to a minimum was best for me as others said those commercials drove me crazy afterword seemed like everyone was a food chain commercial, etc. It will be done and over with before you know it and you will be up walking around.
