Red face I Won.....sort of

Well it is time for the ongoing saga of my trainer kicking my butt. Remember how she said I was going to run a 5K no matter what? I DIDN'T DO IT!!! It was quit by mistake actually. I thought my friend's wedding was on the same day as the 5K. It turns out it was the week before. Oopps, my bad. She had asked me how the wedding was and I told her it was last week and she got so angry because the 5K was actually the weekend before the wedding. I wanted to do the happy dance but then she preceded to say," Well you're only hurting yourself. It didn't harm me that you didn't do it." "POP", she burst my bubble. She was right. I wasn't hurting her, only myself and now since I ate all that crap the weekend of the wedding, I have been on a permanent binge. I can't control my eating especially carbs, sweets, CHOCOLATE. It is not ending. I am scared because I am already heavy and I'm just going to add more weight to the mix so when they finally let me do the Medifast, I will have that much more to lose. I haven't worked out since the wedding which is now about 2 weeks. I t seems like everything in out of control and I need to gain control again. What to do......

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

(((((HUGS))))
Start off by drinking a lot of water, and execising, even it is's just walking.
If you get the urge to eat, go out and walk it off. Take along a healthy snack--protein, veggies.
Throw out all of the trigger food out of your kitchen and home, too.
These are my suggestions.
Get back up on that treadmill, and you'll do fine.

Come on Esha, you can do it! You yourself said you know it will be all that much harder to do the Medifast - you are most likely thinking about that, that's why you are bingeing - combination of last meal syndrome and rebelling what you know is coming. How can you not?! It's hard. But you can, keep telling yourself and it will happen. Good luck - YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

It's nice to have those 'last meals', but they can lead to the bad habits that got us here in the first place! When do you start the medifast? I have a friend from work going today, so she'll be starting tomorrow, her surgery will be in August.
You can do it Esha! You've done such a great job and you just have to get back on track. Tomorrow is a new day!
