Exclamation Liquid Diet / Laxative - I think I messed up!
Ladies I think I really messed up. I have been doing the liquid diet ... but forgot that it was suppose to be clear. I drank a protein isopure with milk earlier this morning and this afternoon. I don't know what I was thinking. I took my laxative at noon and have been running from the bathroom ever since. Have I totally messed up? I am almost in tears thinking if I confess it tomorrow she wil reschedule my surgery!

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
