Well today my surgeon's office called me -- they submitted all of my stuff to UPMC last Wednesday and got my approval TODAY -- that was FAST!! So my GBS is July 24, 2009. I'm nervous but excited. I do have to go and see a hematologist on July 14th because one of my tests came back abnormal and I may need extra blood thinners after surgery. I have my pre-op clearence with my PCP on July 16th -- pre-op with the surgeon on July 21st and then surgery on July 24th. WOW!!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
