Default Have Gone And Done It Now !!!!

Well thats me in big trouble when I see Mr O Boyle on sunday/monday. I have yet again fallen off the wagon so to speak - it was only a couple of mouthfuls - but I just cant understand why I do it. I know my period is due, because I have all the symptoms associated with it and am absolutely craving any type of food - but surely I should be able to refrain from having a mouthful of food for 24 hours. I just hope to god that this does not affect my surgery on monday. So if Mr O Boyle is visiting on the forum - I just want to say how sorry I am for this slip.

I feel so miserable now . Does this mean I have wrecked any chance I might have for surgery - urgent advice needed. Cos can feel that vicious circle of eat, be depressed, so eat again - coming on.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Of course not!!!
It was just a mouthful, not as if you stuffed your tummy up.
You'r still on the band wagon. Since you're going in on Monday, just try to make sure you get through the weekend, as you do need to be sure, you don't have the makings of poos in your system when you go under the knife--the last couple of days on liquids is for that--that your stomach and intestines are clean. Well, for the moment, make it through just one day at at time.

And yes, TOM can make you crave, and also retain water, so you feel bloated, and you may even gain a few lbs due to the water retention, but that's not a problem, either.

You're doing fine, just hang in there, make it through today, and when tomorrow comes, through just tomorrow.

what I would do without you two girls I dont know !!!!

I know its because of my TOM and also the fact that I'm very nervous about the op - thats why I'm like this. Again food for comfort - another good reason for having the op in the first place.
