Tomorrow is finally almost here! My first surgeon consult! I'm so excited... maybe a little too much. I've been sick with the crud the last 2 days and against my better judgement took a 24 hour cold medicine with decongestant. I have been wired to the point of having to take xanax. Probably won't sleep tonight. What was I thinking???!!! I really want to go in with a clear head tomorrow so wish me luck! The decongestant should be wearing off about 7:00 am....Same time my appointment begins.

You will do fine. So what if you have the crud. Im sure they have seen it before. Maybe even give you a hint of how to help get rid of it a tad quicker. Its always exciting to get the consult. Its like the first step to a new life. Thrilling. Like your first day at school that you wanted to go to for so long or ....... somthing that exciting. 239lbs - lost 22lbs pre-op= 218lbs day of surgery.
I hope all went well today. My consult was last week and I am still excited from it. I meet with the nutrionist next week. I am looking forward to that also!
