Unhappy 2 weeks after 1st nutrition visit

So... its been 2 weeks and I have been religiously following this diet from the nutritionist. I am down 12 pounds. Which is awesome! But I am to the point today where I am craving sweets... I wasnt craving anything up to now. And I had to go grocery shopping tonight and nearly died on my way past all the bakery goodies...

It gets better right? HELP!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Totally normal, it's tough but good for you for toughing it out. It will get better.

Every day it DOES keep getting better; trust me. Now, I have no cravings for sweet at all!! I tend to like some savory treats instead.
One day at a time, you CAN do it!

I totally understand, I craved so much when I wasn't able to eat it. It will get better, I promise! Just remember the end result, and you will feel so much better.

It does get better and believe me being fit and healthy feels much better than giving into those pastries in the bakery. Hang in there!!

Well post away more than likely anything you are or will go through someone else has been through the same, this is a great place for encouragement and support.

I agree, it does get better. Before surgery when I thought about never having Hagen Daz ice cream again I wanted to cry. But now, I don’t crave nor do I even want it. Hang in there and keep your eye on the prize!
