 Stomach bug or change in diet??
At the risk of sounding totally gross, since I started the low/no carb 2 week pre op eating thing, when I eat anything, within just a few minutes I'm running to the bathroom with pretty bad diarrhea. As far as I know I haven't been around anyone with a stomach bug, but I am in EMS so God only knows what I'm in contact with. Anyone else out there having or had this issue? Or can possibly tell me whats going on?? THANK YOU!!
