Default 3rd day of my liquid diet

I'm doing ok with it - though I have to say the canadian bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches my DH made my girls smell really good right now! BUT I'm doing ok - they smell good, but I'm not tempted to have one - I know why I'm doing this and I want to do this - I want this to be successful!!

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

yes 10 more days!! I'm excited! my girls think my shakes smell gross - but have been supportive just the same. My husband is watching my intake to make sure I having 3 per day (he's not concerned about me having too many - just the opposite, he's worried that I'm not drinking enough).

The first 3 days are the hardest. It's all downhill from here. You got this. Congrats.

I'm really ok with it - it doesn't bother me (which surprises me) - the only 'problem' I'm having is with 'waste removal'.... my tummy isn't entirely happy or nice about it.

Don't worry, it'll be a couple of months before your digestive system starts to figure out what "normal" or "proper function" is. And then the fun really starts!!

You'll do great. When I started the liquid diet like the first day it seemed totally overwhelming but after I got over the first day the days seemed to slip by really quickly. I got a small dinner every night but I ate the exact same thing to just make it easier and so I wouldn't go "off the wagon" before surgery.

Since you are in the perfect mindset it will do you tons of good. Because after the surgery a lot of those things that "smell good" don't any longer. It is funny because when we go out and I see people with huge portions it almost makes me sick because I can't figure out where they are putting it!!! haha. You will really realize how bad your nutrition was and how you can improve upon it now.
