SO I BOUGHT A FEW DIFFERENT PROTEIN DRINKS TO TRY OUT. FIRST I WAS PISSED CAUSE THEY WERE SOLD OUT OF THE BULLET SHOTS SO I WILL HAVE TO GO BACK. THEN THEY WERE SOLD OUT OF THE PURE PROTEIN IN CHOCOLATE FLAVOR. SO I BOUGHT 1 CAN OF PURE PROTEIN IN STRAWBERRY AND VANILLA AND ALSO ONE BOTTLE OF ISOPURE IN PUNCH. OK YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!! THEY TAST AWFUL!!! MIGHT BE ABLE TO BARE THE ISOPURE BUT I DONT KNOW HOW LONG THAT WILL LAST!!!! HOPEFULLY WHEN I GO BACK TO GET THE BULLET SHOTS I WILL HAVE LUCK AND THEY HAVE THEM IN STOCK. I FIGURED AT LEAST WITH THE SHOTS I DONT HAVE TO SIP ON THAT AWFUL STUFF ALL DAY. JUST TAKE A SHOT OF THE BULLET AND IM GOOD TO GO.  : devil::d evil:

I thought i could tolerate the isopure punch, bought a case ($48.00 + shipping) and when i got home from the hospital it made me gag. i threw it all away lol! ended up getting the shake powder in vanilla low carb, and have lived off of it ever since. take it easy. youll find your way. PLUS it will give you an excuse to get out of the house if you dont stock up ahead of time. remember to breathe lol!

I find them very creamy like a chocolate milk. INSTEAD of spending money on an entire pack u can try one. ALSO i can give you a stallone protine pudding to try as well. ITS hard to spend on those products and they taste nasty. I find alot of the isopure and those bullet ones will be too sweet for your taste buds early post op. MANY surgeons also recommend SUGAR FREE CARNATION instant chocoate milk and now hersheys hasa sugrar free chocolate milk with 11 grams of protein..... so you have to be patient and hard to find products now as your tastes will change. MAYBE give me a ring and if you pop over today i can let you take home a few products to try!!!! then if you like buy them ? (((HUG)))

| I have read so much here about how there is such a dramatic change in your taste after surgery that I just decided to go to two different companies online and get samples. Surely there will be something that I can stomach after surgery in that group of products. Most people here recommended going the sample route so you don't spend a small fortune on stuff you will never be able to get down. |
