Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  2nd NUT APPOINTMENT FOR ME:) WELL TODAY I HAD MY SECOND NUT APPOINTMENT AND ALL IS WELL SO FAR SHE TOLD ME I WAS DOWN TO 267.5 LBS. WHICH MEANS I LOST 11.5 LBS SINCE NOV. 5TH BUT I ACTUALLY STARTED DIET ON 12TH AND TO CUT BACK ON BNANAS ADD MORE PROTEIN AND I HAVE TO EAT 3 MEALS AND THREE SNACKS WHICH IS SOMETIMES HARD TO DO BECAUSE I'M BUSY AT WORK AND I EAT LUNCH AT 1 PM AND DINNER AROUND 6PM AND I'M SATISFIED IN BETWEEN AND AFTER DINNER MY NEXT APPOINTMENT IS JANUARY 7TH WHEN I MEET WITH SURGEON AND RECIEVE MY DATE  I ALSO MET WITH THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST AND I HAD TO DUE 12 MINUTES ON THE TREADMILL AND I DID WE WENT THROUGH SOME STRENGTH TRAINING EXCERCISES TO DUE AND AT THE END SHE TOOK MY PICTURE TO COMPARE TO 6 MONTHS AFTER SURGERY EEW! LQQK OUT FOR THAT PICTURE  I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THAT PICTURE I LOOK A MESS SO I HAVE A SMILE ON MY FACE TO DAY I JUST HAVE TO MAINTAIN MY WEIGHT LOSS THERE ISN'T A SET AMOUNT THAT I HAVE TO LOSE BEFORE I HAVE SURGERY FROM THE SURGEON OR INSURANCE COMPANY DUE TO MY BMI
