|  Hi there - I'm new Just found this site - looks surprisingly like the SheKnows message boards.... My surgery is scheduled for 1/25 (open RNY) and now that I have the date, I'm nervous. I suppose that is normal. I am a mom to 5 year old twins and I'm 39 years old. I have been jumping through insurance hoops for over a year and now that I have a date, I'm kind of stunned. Still keeping a food diary for the nut (one more pre-op appointment to go) and an exercise journal - have been out of town for a week and then a bad cold, so I have to get back on the exercise wagon. I would love to hear some pre-op encouragement and advice from the vets....thanks! |
