Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Bowel prep...eeeeeewwwwww I have to start my bowel prep today at 7pm  (no idea why it says 7pm???). I have to take 2 tablespoons of Milk of Mag and a fleets enema. I also have to take an antibacterial shower (Dial soap). I have to do these things tonight, tomorrow and monday. I'm not looking forward to it, but it's getting me one step closer to tuesday!One more day of medifast and by next thursday I'll be able to eat food again - pureed, but who cares!  But ew, ew, ew ,ew ,ew... not looking forward to this! P.S. Anyone who's done a bowel prep, how will I handle monday at work? This will be interesting!

I tried to see the schedule for monday, but I wasn't placed yet! If I am supposed to scrub, I will ask for a switch ASAP!!!! Even circulating will be tough because you can't just leave. Hopefully I'll be admitting pts, but we'll see! Kath - Hibiclens, really? We use that as prep in some GYN cases and it seems like it could be very sudsy. Was it?

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Well, day 1 really wasn't that bad. I mean I've been on a liquid diet for almost 6 weeks, how much could there be? Other than an immediate result from the enema, it's not much different than normal. If it stays like this, I'll be fine for monday at work because it's controlable.
