Unhappy It is a STRICTURE!!

Hi Everyone,

I went for my endoscopy today, It was worse than i Expected but perhaps that was because they found a severe Stricture, the doctor could not get the balloon in, and called another doctor for advice, all in all I endured it for just over an hour, "Nightmare"......
Anyway My surgeon who had been in theatre with an emergency patient, came to see me and said that the Stricture was too tight and that it wasn't possible to do it today.. I have got to go back in Monday and he is going to try and do it the same way again, but using an xray machine, if all else fails He will take me back to theatre!!

I am still able to drink, very very slowly, and at least I now know what is going on and hopefully it will get sorted soon..

Thanks for listening

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Oh Angie.. I'm so sorry you're having to go through this. I couldn't imagine tolerating that for an hour. I hope things can be repaired with out surgery, but glad it's getting taken care of one way or another. I know you've been miserable. Take care and God Bless!!!

On the bright side at least you know what's wrong and that they can fix it and you'll be able to start eating again. Sorry that it's taking much out of you.

I'm sorry Angie, and also that you have to wait some more before it's fixed. Sending up a prayer that it goes easier Monday AND that you're weekend goes by quick.

Angie I am so sorry to hear you have been going through all of this. But at least it is something fixable. Hopefully you won't have to go back into surgery. I will keep you in my prayers.
