Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Can you be a wee bit more specific, Ron? There is lots of general info in the many forums here. Read, read, read, research endlessly. I can guarantee you that whatever you can think of to ask has an answer somewhere here.

The whole Gastric Bypass Pre-Op Issues section would probably be a good place to start, perhaps followed by a cruise through the Stupid Questions forum. What you read in these areas may be what you need to be able to ask for more info on an area of concern (there are so many areas of concern when you start your journey!!)

Glad to have you here. Poke around and see what you can find. There's always someone here that knows what you're ready to learn.

Enjoy!

Welcome to the board, thank you for joining us.
Good luck with your process.
((((((HUGS))))) May your journey go well.

As da perfesser says, could you be a little bit more specific about what you are looking for?
Are you looking for information to help you get approval with your insurance, as many insurances require a 6 month diet before approving, do you need to prove you were obese enough for the past few/several years etc etc...
Read through the various forums in here--Insurance, Preparing for Bypass Surgery, Stupid Questions, to name a few. Take a good look at the index of the forums in the top page of this board then check through. Use the Search feature with key words.
Fill in your statistics--see the red Please Enter in your proflie column in your post? Click that and fill in your stats so we can have a better idea of what you might need. Someone on here has been there, done that, and likely, more than one person, so just starting by reading will help you a lot, too.
