Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Being scared is totally normal!!!

I used Medifast for my 2 week liquid diet, I got the chocolate one, it was pretty good. I'm not gonna lie to you, that 2 weeks was the worst ever! It's so hard to stick to just liquids, I actually cheated a few times, but you can do it!!!

I'm not sure about the Optifast, but Medifast you can mix with either fat free milk or water, I did the water so I could have 2 extra shakes a day....LOL

Good luck, and congrats on getting a date, it'll be here before you know it!

I'm right there w/you. Mine is the 4th. I'm on slimfast and starving!! It is hard. My cousin has taken the optifast. She liked it. I'm doing 3 slimfast, a protien bar, Lean Cuisine meal and veggies. I know it will be worth it! Good luck w/your surgery!

Wow, I only had to do one day of clear liquids before my surgery. I couldn't imagine going to weeks. Good luck to you and your surgery! =)

They are going to take great care of you. Not to worry. Don't forget the pillow to hug on the ride home and we will see you on the bench when you come back.

Take care
