Well there is not any support here so I guess I will have to go it with you folks advices and comments which as I read seems to be caring and informative

Were you able to email these doctor/hospital sites in Thailand to see if they offer any support groups online? My surgeon here in the states does two ways of support .. monthly meeting & an online forum through her website.

Side Note - We are happy to have you. This forum is one of the best I have found. Everyone is very honest and extremely supportative!

I have tried all the links that you provided but nothing in Thailand. Though I have not tried to many other support/chat groups on this subject this seems, as you said, to be the best one. I am quite happy to have found it.
I think that you all may have misunderstood, maybe, that I live here in Thailand and have for 8 years. I just have to travel to Bangkok for the surgery and followups (45 min flt)
The doc says that for lap procedure, 4 days in hospital before release I intend to stay in Bkk until after 2 wk ckup just in case something comes up I won't have to get to and from airports in an emergency, then he says one month, then three month for ckups does this sound correct to you and the others and the doc? This is assuming no complications of course.
My surgeon says that he hand stitches the stomach as he feels this is a better way no leaks! sure!!! and he will remove the stone filled g bladder. Anyway more with more questions.
