Welcome to the board, thank you for joining us.
Congratulations on joining the Losers' Bench and on your wonderful weight loss.
(((((HUGS))))) May your journey go well.
You're quite normal and doing well. Your body is still reeling and healing from the major surgery you had a few weeks ago. Eeven if your surface incisions have closed, it is still healing inside and adjusting and aligning all the functions, so healing of the order of the day yet, not losing. Plus, you will lose in humps and bumps, not in one smooth fell swoop, and the first bump comes right around where you are.
Last but not least, if you really constantly went on losing 22lbs in a week and a half, that means you'll lose 44lbs in 3 weeks, 176lbs

in 3 months!!! Do you really expect to lose that fast? Do you really want to lose that fast? I mean, at that rate, you will be 262-176=86lbs come the end of September. Really, really sorry, but if you kept on losing like that, it will be totally unhealthy, and you will look totally unhealthy. The weight loss should average out to 8-10lbs per month the first year, and even at that, that means 96-120lbs in the first year.
