| Help???
I am almost 13 months out of having Gastric Bypass surgery and have lost a total of 140 lbs! I am thrilled and very happy but seem to have stopped losing now! I have about another 40-50 lbs that I would like to lose! Can anyone tell me how to do the 5 day pouch reset and see if they may jump start me back into losing? Any advice will be appreciated?

Congrats on the wonderful weight loss.
How long have you been stalled? So long as you treat your pouch with TLC--stick to the instructions it came with-- the rate you lose will slow down, but you should be able to lose some more.

Congratulations on your loss.
This is not a race. It took you years to put on and keep the weight you gained and you have lost most of that in just a year.
Let your body catch up with itself. Besides I believe that the slowing process of weight loss allows the skin to tighten without having too much sagging effect requiring plastic surgery or having to tuck it away all the time.
I only weigh myself every 3-5 months now and still get comments from people that notice change each time I see them.
Enjoy the ride, and enjoy taking it a bit slower and more controlled now.

Thanks guys! I have only lost about 5 lbs in the past month or so! I can say though that i haven't been to the gym like I should and had been going. I've had a lot going on in the past 2 months and its been very hectic. I need to get back into my routine and doing right.

5lbs in a month at one year out is pretty good, you haven't stopped losing at all, you are still losing, and your losing rate is pretty much in the average range at one year out, which is wonderful!!

You will probably still lose weight for the next 6 months (even 12) so your body needs to slow it down. At 5 pounds a month x 6 months you would be down another 30 pounds. That's a good rate right now. It will come off slower now, I slowed down to 1 pound a week, then 1/2 pound a week and it took me 18 months to get to my current weight. You aren't done yet.
Forget the pouch reset, that's diet mentality. You just need to stick with the rules, watch your carbs and fats, and you'll continue to lose.

5 lbs in a month..I'd donate a kidney for that. I've lost 10lbs in the last 4 months. Of course I can't excerise much due to another health concern and pending surgery, but I'm trying to stay the course with my eating. You've done great..your body will decide when it's lost enough.
