Unhappy I did it again

GRRR I managed to tick my pouch off again somehow. I ate some spag sauce with cottage cheese and hamburger (no noodles) I use this as one of the staples in my diet as it goes down really easy and has lot's of protien. My DH thought he would be nice this weekend and buy my spag. sauce for me and bought a different flavor(reb pepper and garlic) I ate this at noon and I am still so bloated and feeling miserable(5:30pm) I made my pouch really grouchy this time. I only ate about 1/8 of a cup of sauce with 1/8 cup of cottage cheese ( I knew it was a new food). Any ideas on how to make this feeling pass sooner?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

The only way I've been able to make that feeling go away is to or sip water to help move things along....

Thanks, I have been trying to drink but its hard with being bloated. I have my PCA (my second job) kid with me until 8pm at my home so I can't sleep it off! He is 15 and has behavioral issues so sleeping would not be good but I drop him off with his parent at 8pm then off to bed I go!

Im gonna ask you a question.... are you backed up? Meaning constipated? Or not went had a BM in the last couple 2-3 days? Some times I get that feeling bloated but not really feel constipated but bloated feeling and it really dont have anything really to do with the food I have eaten but it feels like that is what it is. Sometimes its that? If not... its the sauce I would think acutally. Your tummy might not like the spicy food right now and you might have to have bland stuff for about a week or so. Mmmm now you need to remember I have a problem with my memory here so... are you the one that had a tummy bug recently? If so that is part of the problem You need to stay on bland stuff for at LEAST a week to 10 days from the start of the bug if you dont the tummy is not gonna settle for a good bit.

No I was not the one with the tummy bug but yes I have been backed up and have taken my meds for it as well as mixing fiber with my foods. I will try the sauce again tomorrow (my meds worked) I have had the sauce before just not this flavor. I was miserable but feel better now that the fiber has kicked in!!!!! Thanks for the input!

Read the label on the sauce and see if it has higher fat or sugar content than the other one. Especially if it has sausage in it! I don't dare eat sausage anymore. Also, once you've made the pouch mad you may have to take it easy for a few days. It stays grouchy for awhile and doing the sauce again might be too soon.

I checked the label and it is lower fat with the same carb content and it has no sausage. I am goin to take it really easy today. Protien shake for breakfast, yogurt or cottage cheese for lunch and maybe some meat for supper! I do feel a bit better today but still a bit bloated!
