I feel mine when I am hungry or full, and I hear mine when it is gurgling. The most I feel it is when I drink too much water at once, that is when all my doubts about "have I stretched my pouch?" dissapear.

mine when I'm full and have water loaded well...will stick out on the left side..about the size of a deck of cards.
it's an neverending interesting thing for people to feel where that is ..lol
