that is okay. I love water tons, but found that post op for the longest time that I couldn't stand the taste of it for some reason. my tastebuds had really wacked out in that aspect and I needed something to mask the flavor but not be too sweet to drink. I got the True Lemon tip from a friend of mine that is post op and goes to my church. She was kind enough to let me try it at a pot luck luncheon before I had the surgery. It is really nice to have on hand when you have to drink Jersey water that isn't filtered....lol Janae |

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery. Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.  |

I don't know if it is still there or not, but I do remember that there was a link once upon a time for the True Lemon trial offer on the Obesity Help website before I had my surgery. You may want to try that...or just plain buy it either way....just a thought. Janae |

Well the propel is what i use at the beach just useing the new calicum variety this summer and im happy. I spent 4 hours at the lake beach today! AND thats my beverage! HUGzzzzzzzzz

Yeah we are going out today to get some of our things for the beach today, and i'm goign to Costco, and buy it in bulk, along with some water. Lisa i layed in the sun yesterday just a little bit and i got more sun, so i should have a good 1 sided tan LOL. I'll email ya a pic of my face later, i didint notice my face untill lastnight OMG!!!! LOL!  But anyway we are getting the kids up and getting, ready to hit the shopping road, we are crazy like that. Might hit some yard sales along the way!!!!!  |

Does anyone else have Sonic?? It's about the only thing I can order there anymore....oh, btw....yesterday I accidentally drank out of my hubby's diet vanilla coke thinkin it was my tea....I was like - "oh my!!".... And then wanted another sip... But resisted.....
