Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

OKAY unfortunately no REGULAR GATORADE loaded with to much sugar!

BUT gateroade makes PROPEL which is what i was addicted to last summer when i was new pre op...i was hooked at that time on the MELON, Strawberry Kiwi and grape flavors....i of course got picky and bored of them and this year i am drinking the PROPEL calcium in MANDRINE orange
and its YUMMY!

OTHER things i drank last summer, seems i get really into something then i loose interest....
I drank SUGAR FREE KOOLAIDE, DIET SNAPPLE APPLE, Crystal LIGHT, HOODS CARB COUNTDOWN CHOCOLATE MILK, DIET SNAPPLE PEACH ICED TEA, DIET SNAPPLE plum granite.....

THose were things i drank in the day being i had surgery june 1, 2005 and my early post op days were hot and humid i kept hydrated with a variety. I also bought online a FRUIT flavored protein drink in FUZZY NAVAL flavor it was okay not the best but i would drink that too for portein help on bad days!
GOOD LUCK

I Drink Alot Of The Flavored Waters And Walmart Sells Its Own Version Of The Crystle Lite Type Drink Mixes. The Grape Is Wonderful.
The Diet List I Have For Clear Liquids Says You Can Have Gatorade But I Have Been Afaid To Try It For The Sugar In It.
If You Like Juices, Ocean Spray Sells A Lite Version Of The Cranberry Juice With Very Little Sugar In It And It Is Good.

Sometime Water Never Tastes Better, But It Is A Nice Change To Have Something Tasty.

Okay, so my nutritionist gave me the guideline of no more than 9 g sugar per serving so I have not done Gatorade. I have done Propel, Crystal Lite, and the Walmart brand. I do know that early post op the drinks did become way too sweet for me and water still didn't taste right so one thing I used was just lemon juice or if I was out and about a product called....True Lemon. True Lemon is sold in little paper packets form of crystalized lemons. The paper packets are about the same size as your splenda packets and you can adjust the strength very easily this way by carrying both in your purse or pocketbook when you travel. I hope this helps.
