my hair is falling out again  normally i wouldnt be alarmed but its short as it is lol. i remember it started around -50lbs, and then again at aroun -100 lbs and then it stopped and now its ALL OVER THE PLACE again. im not slacking on vitamins. im eating. im drinking lol. i dont know what it could be. just thought i'd post. soon im gonna be posting a pic with a bald head

Kenya do you take biotin ? I've been taking biotin for 3 months and i swear it has help my hair i get so many compliments on it lately it's nice and shiny and it grew so add it if not another plus ask your beautician about aphogee treatment i was told by people arounf here that that stopprf in right away . i've useed it before after coloring my hair and it worked wonders

i stopped taking it. it helps with the new "fuzz" but it doesnt really do anything to stop the loss. quite frankly its just another pill i cant remember to take so i stopped i might start again one day right now i am getting the rag ready so i can shine my head
