Default Weird Weight Loss

I seem to have a pattern of weight loss that is so weird! I get to a weight and stay there for over a week. Then within 2 days I drop 5-6 pounds. It has happened each increment, and since I weigh daily I can see it happen. I find it so odd- but I am happy to be losing! Anyone else have a body that likes to hold the weight and then finally gives in and lets it go at once?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

That is exactly what is happening to me, 7-10 days...nothing, then 6 pounds. It's happened three times (hoping for another 6 pounds cause it's been over a week)

Yes. Unfortunately I now only drop one pound - maybe two, but it's usually every Wednesday.

It seems that I am only seeing the scale move every 6 or 7 days as well. It can be so aggravating. Glad to know I'm not the only one.

That is exactly what happens to me. I will stay at a certain weight for a week or two and then I will lose like 5 ponds in one or 2 days in a row. It's crazy!

That's how most of you will lose. In humps and bumps.
It won't fly away in one smooth fell swoop, but rather like going down the stairs bit by bit.
You're quite normal.

Oh, so THAT is why most drs. say to weigh only once a week!

When I pay attention, I can't resist weighing every day either!
