In what way is it upset?
If acidic, then antiacids, if it hurts, there are several ways depending on the cause.
If you have pain, sometimes, warming it helps.

usually when mine is "off" i stick to warm drinks (soups/ broths, teas etc) and soft moist. i dont DARE do meats when its acting up. feel better.

ps. is it a burn or just like a sour stomach?

Sour tummy Kenya, warm liquids sound good think I am gonna make me something like warm tea to drink, I have been up since 2 a.m. with it feeling sour...its now 5 a.m. Need something to make it feel better so I can sleep, also its very noisey this morning, wonder what thats all about?

I just have to drink liquids. Any thing that seems to soothe it and not eat. This usually last for about a day and im back to feeling better. I sure hope this finds you feeling alot better.
