Default Pain that mysteriously appears by my breasts

I have lost 70 lbs now and I feel great and I have figured out the little quirks of what I can and can't eat, but the past few days I have had some major pains. it's hard to explain where it is, but it's next to the side of both my breasts and under my armpits. It doesn't hurt until I bend down or there's some type of pull on my breasts. has anyone had this happen and what is it?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Don't know what that is. Sounds more like a pulled muscle.

Sorry, I don't really know what it is, but I have had some major changes in that area. So much so, I mentioned it when I had my mammo. The tech told me there are some major changes when we've lost so much weight. If in doubt, ck it out - that's my motto.

Sounds like either muscle or nerve issue. If it's nerves, then you may have some sort of back issue as well.
In any case, contact your dr and ask.

Hey everyone it's me again, I thought I'd let you all know what that pain was that appeared on the sides of my breasts. While seeing the surgeon he examined those areas and they were cysts-they developed due to th influx of estrogen in my system from losing weight. He said it happens sometimes-I just have a very sensitive body. But as for the influx of estrogen-did anyone get some bad acne due to this??I have acne worse now than when I did when I was I High school...it's very frustrating.

Glad to hear that you got it figured out, keep up with it though.
As for the acne...OH YEAH!!! Been there in the past few months! It does get better though. It is just like the whole hair ordeal.

Grace~ thanks for letting us know. Now if that happens to anyone else, we'll know what to rule out if need be.

Good luck with everything.

I am a mammographer...30 years in breast imaging. Congrats on your weight loss!

Also, you have lost a lot of weight, and "things" in your breasts that you never felt before are now coming to the surface. I get patients regularly who feel lumps in their breasts/armpits, only to realize the cyst was either there before (proof: prior mammogram) or it is a lymph node that again was always there, just never found before.

How old are you, Grace? If you are over 35, it would not be unreasonable to ask for a baseline mammogram, so everyone can know what normal for you looks like.
