Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Black Under Eye Circles?? OK what the heck is up with the black circles under my eyes?! They have gotten worse every week since surgery. I am sleeping the same, and nothing else has really changed. Anyone else deal with this? My eyes are my best feature (I gotta stay positive about one area of my body!)  and now they look like raccoon eyes!HELP!

I thought it was because I wasn't getting enough sleep but my sleeping pattern hasn't changed.  Some days are better than others but I still wear my glasses instead of my contacts to cover it up.  |

When you age or lose a significant amount of weight, the veins that are under the skin are more prominent therefore causing the look of black circles. A loss of colagen also causes the veins to be more noticeable. All you can do is find a really good concealer.
