Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  | If it's really the flu, antibiotics won't help much. I got a flu shot, so hopefully I'm set. I've heard that a Tamaflu shot works well when you begin to get symptoms if you haven't had a flu shot. but OTC meds won't help much with the flu.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Yes you can. I had RNY in 2006. On a recent visit to my cardiologist about a pacemaker, the doctor asked me if I had my flu shot this year. So I got one and no problems afterwards. 4 days later I had a pacemaker implant surgery. No complications from either because of RNY surgery.
