Default Some Helpful Advice

OK GUYS

IM LOOKING TO PURCHASE A DEVICE I CAN WEAR (i guess on my arm) THAT WILL RECORD AND CALCULATE CALORIED BURNED FOR THE DAY ACCORDING TO ACTIVITES, SITTING STILL, BREATHING, HOUSE WORK, ETC.

DO ANY OF YOU HAVE ONE? OR SOMTHING BETTER? I HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT THESE BUT I KNOW THERE IS SOMTHING OUT THERE THAT DOES THIS.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Well, frankly, I wouldn't advice this, as it probably will end up stressing you out, and making you obsess over every single calorie you get in.
If you want to get something, I think you should stick to the pedometer, as that will give you a fair idea of how much you are using in terms of daily activity.
Stress will do you no good where weight loss is concerned, as your brain will try to prepare you for the next tough round that may/may not come when you turn the next corner, and just try even harder to hold on to everything you eat.
I know your weight loss has slowed to a snail's pace--which incidentally, is the normal pattern for normies-- but you still have your tool, and to guarantee that it will work, you do have to feed it the minum amount it needs so it will do the job.

Relax, sit back, and go with the flow, and you will get to where you need to be.
(((((HUGS))))
