Here lately I don't want any meats. I don't know what is going on in my brain but it's telling me to just eat veggies and salads. I think I am just being lazy and dont want to chew the meat....LOL Plus, I don't like the way it makes me feel trying to digest. I think Kenya had said something about problems with meat. I just know I dont want to eat it anymore. Was I reprogrammed when I had my surgery because I am really starting to believe that. |

I went through this early out, even bought a few vegetarian cookbooks thinking I would never eat meat again. Well, it didnt last, it just went away one day and now I eat meats! I dont know why it happened.

I didn't eat meat in the beginning and have just recently found that I can eat it without feeling sick. I don't eat red meat though. I do eat a lot of chicken.

I totally agree Sherrie, but it's about the only kind of meat I can eat that doesn't make me feel nauseated. I can eat fish too, but I'm not crazy about fish. Hey, I wonder if I can cluck a few pounds away.

If that was the way to do it I would be clucking daily. I do eat alot of chicken. I do ok with pretty much anything now a days. And from the begining I would eat steak too and that does real well with me. I dont know why cause alot of people have a hard time with it. Certain meats I have to eat slower than others. |

I want to try a steak, but I know I haven't done with red meat each time I've tried it, which hasn't been too often.

I know not really crazy about meat either, chicken is good have had fish a few times, and tuna is good. I haven't tried steak either, they told me not till after a yr. So I don't even want to try. You are doing very well, what you are doing seems to be working keep it up. |

I Mostly Eat Fish And Chicken Now A Days. Even My Meatballs I Made Tonight Was From Chicken Chop Meat. Lol If You Are Not Eating Meat Then How Are You Getting All Your Protein In? Are You Getting Enough. There Are Alot Of People Who Are Vegetarians Who Had This Surgery And Still Find Ways To Get Their Protein In Besides Protein Drinks, Since We Are Not Suppose To Depend On Them Forever They Say. So Dont Worry About It Hun. |
