Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Oh yeah! Even though the outside incisions are healing, inside...my Doctor put it this way...not only did they cut your stomach, and move some intestines, they also cut through a 'very high traffic area' and all those muscles and what not need time to heal. You may feel the inside soreness for a while. It does get better and better each day though.

I agree ~ it took a while though. I would say I felt really good at about Thanksgiving to Christmas time, my surgery was in July. I improved steadily, so it wasnt bad, but I remember thinking "am I ever going to feel normal again???" The good news is that now I feel much better than the "old normal". Take care of you

I understand how you feel. I am a week out, and my left side-inside- HURTS LIKE HADES.

I only take my pain meds at night because I tolerate the pain during the day, and I use a pillow under my left side when I sleep.

I hope you feel better soon.

Another thing I noticed, it doesnt bother me as much when I wear my binder and I sit up straight and not slouch over.

I'm one of the people that had pain issues ~ I was on pain meds regularaly for a good 5 weeks ~ thankfully, most people dont seem to experience this. Also, a good bit of the pain seemed to be gas, the more I walked the better it got .
