Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

For upper body strength, weights is best and fastest.
So, join a gym, have a trainer set up a program for you.
Once you get started on it, you'll probably be able to figure out some stuff that you can do at home, others that you'll need the equipment at the gym.
Good luck!!!

I LOVE THE Y!!!! It's been my savior....let me tell you...when I first started, I couldn't go 2 minutes on the eliptical....now I go 15-17 minutes....trainer asked how many steps a minute? I told him it depends on the song (I'm considering having my IPOD surgically attached!) He said I'm burning more calories going this hard for 15 minutes(130-140 SPM) than someone who does 110-120 over 30 minutes....

YOU CAN DO THIS....I know what you mean about feeling good...I LOVE the way I feel after a workout....those endorphins are pumping and you feel like you can conquer the world!
