Ok, I thought I had this one pegged, but can someone please tell me:
How you can lose inches without losing weight if you are Not working out? (except for light treadmill work)
(By working out I mean gaining muscle, which I would understand with the whole losing inches without weight thing.)
I have lost quite a bit in cms: approx 122cm (approx 48in all over). Which I am absolutely rapt about!
