Default Stupid, Stupid, Stupid

Just this weekend I wondered if my pouch still works. It works. When it says stop eating - you should stop eating. Even if you havent eaten that much - stop eating. I even tried to throw up - to no avail. I am so miserable. Of course, Im not sure what's causing this - just a bit of chicken with some light bbq sauce - I've had these before --- ugh- pure misery. Walking didnt help. Even now, I am thankful for my surgery - just not to happy with my current choices--- not sure why I wanted to share this - I guess I hoped it would take my mind of my......misery - sorry no better word...... I sure wish this would pass............. maybe it was the sauce....... evil sauce...... Never again, dont care if it says light or not

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I have been so careful with my product choices, but nearly got caught out the other day. What I thought was Lite, really, when I re-read the label for the 4th time, wasnt lite at all. They are tricky so and so's when it comes to labelling. Sometimes 'Lite' is just a reference to the COLOUR of the item!!!! grrrr... maybe it was the sauce.
I hope this passes quickly for you.

*HUGS*

Sometimes I think our brains don't care how tiny our pouch is it just keeps trying to tell us boy that food is good don't stop, then its to late we feel horrible and misserable. Hope it settles down for you soon.

It really catches you off guard sometimes! I'll be eating the same thing I've eaten dozens of times before and all of a sudden 2 bites in I just can not eat any more and feel horrible. Then other times I do fine. Pouchy is definitely very moody.

Thanks guys - that was not fun ~~ it's weird how just the day or two before I thought "it seems like I can eat most anything now, I hope the pouch is still doing it's thing..." I guess I got my answer. I really dont push it much and most things I shouldnt eat I just stay away from. BBQ got me at about 1 mo out and I think I just cant have it in any form (other than just good smoked meat) . Ok, so regular Kraft BBQ orig sauce has 10g of sugar for 2 Tablespoons. Light Original has 3g for 2 Tablespoons, and I didnt have but maybe 1 T spread around so it shouldnt have made me so sick.....I'm guessing I either ate too fast or more than I should have - who knows, like you said grouchy pouchy!!!

My guess is more than you should have. Happens to me all the time. The darn eyes are still too big for the pouch. I know I am full but it tastes so good one more bite won't hurt. What the heck maybe two.....then whammo! I am so miserable I don't know what to do with myself. You would think I would learn, but old habits certainly don't want to die. Sometimes I wish I was back in the first month, I wasn't hungry then and holy moly 1 oz of applesause filled me up for hours. (But then again I did have the twisted intestine, and I certainly don't want to go through that again)
