Default CALORIES at 4 months out

okay..i know this is a kind of back to basics question..and yes yes its different for everyone, but anyone, doc, can someone tell me the calorie range I should be in at this point because I am feeling like I may be eating too much. Right now..I get between 850-1000. I mean 6 weeks ago i couldnt get 600..and now i feel like I'm stalling.

Furthermore, should I be doing something different with my exercise. I get 45 minutes of weight training and core exercises every other day, and 45 minutes of either treadmill or stairclimbing 5 to 6 days a week. I feel stronger, but like I said..I'm worried I'm not gonna keep losing or I'm not doing something right. I do get in all the water and vitamins..

Ok anyway, any advice would be helpful. Thanks

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I think you are doing good with that cuz I think you don't want to burn all of the calories you eat. I think that is what has happend to me I was eating around 600-800 cals and exercising 4 days a week I track my eating and stuff on fitday.com and after putting in the exercising i was burning all but like 100-200 cal on those days, and I didn't lose anything last week and the week before that I did like 800-950 cals and with the exercising that week I lost 4 lbs. That is what I think.

I think when Doc gets her she can explain this better to us all. I still dont count calories because there is no way I could figure them out considering I dont eat a serving of anything LOL.

You're doing fine, everything sounds just about right.
How's your inches, are your clothes getting looser? I sure hope you don't find your exercise gear falling off you.
Muscles weigh more than fat at the same volume, and while you are losing weight, with exercise, your body is trying to build up a healthy and exercise effective body.
You need some nutrition--calories-- to build your body up, so 850-1000 sounds just about right.
Try to avoid grazing, as that can get your calorie up, but stick with 3 distinct meals and 2-3 distinct snacks, with no eating, only drinking in between.

(((((((HUGS))))) You're doing well, and you'll do fine.

thanks everyone..

yes, doc, i feel my clothes are getting looser..and my workout gear lol. i even see myself a little smaller in the waist area..I guess those are all good things, although I am finding that my body responds better when I vary my workout every couple of weeks..

ok so I will just keep up whats normal lately and hopefully I can lose another 15-20 pounds in the next few months and maybe just maybe take the plunge and put on a brand new bathing suit
