Question Stupid question but I will ask it anyhow...

This question is about the excess skin you have after you lost the weight and have not had any plastic surgery. Im nervous that It will look horrible and extremely unatractive. Im sure after I loose this weight Ill have a good amount of skin the is just hanging there until after I get some sort of plastic surgery. Does anyone have any pictures of what it looks like? arms legs stomach area? I need to see what its going to look like. I know its stupid because ill be alot healthier. Im just going crazy and maybe if I see what it looks like before I get the surgery I can really get my act together and save for the plastic surgery now..... Please feel free to email any pictures you have directly to me at jlr12679@aol.com Also for those that have lost 150 lbs plus, and dont have excess skin what exercises did you do to not have that excess skin?

Thanks for all your help

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Jessica,
I do have a few pics at home I can email to you. Really its not as bad as it sounds. You are right at the weight where I started. I will not be able to send the pics for a few days until I have power at home again but I will get them to you.

I dont have pics that are my skin alone but i do have a pic that shows me wearing an outfit shirt tucked in and everything. YOU HAVE MAIL I WILL
SEND IT TO YOU!

I went from 310 lbs to 167....and I most probably wont do a tummy, arm
or leg surgery. I look good in clothes and thats perfect for me.

These aren't dumb questions to ask at all. I am concerned with the same issue...but keep in mind that a lot has to do with your individual skin's elasticity, and where your weight is distributed. Not everyone will have the same issue. I had the surgery in April and have lost 70 lbs so I can tell you right now that if I can afford it...I would like to refill and relift my boobs when all is said and done...and I am sure that I will want a tummy tuck and my arms done too depending. I would also like to get butt injections, but I will see if I can use working out to fill that out with muscle first...lol. I am doing this first and foremost for my health, but the appearance is important too. Best of luck.
